I got my replacement Ex-Calibur 21 last week after all the problems I have been having over the last 18 months, it is totally different to use as the old one had had so many repairs done to it not done properly, the agents in NZ should learn a lesson from this
I e-mailed Ray at Seyco and he got the ball rolling, thanks Ray

Merlin I would put several coats of BOL on and let it dry thoroughly, if you put poly. on it make sure it is exterior other wise it will peel off

Pinned blades usually break if you are making tight turns and the reason is they are to big, if you can use pin less blades give them a go you will be surprised

I have had a lot of  Corian given to me it is 5/16" thick and 2 1/4 x 2 1/4" square and the other is 5/8 x4" x 4" square. any ideas on what I can use it for,

I read it soon after I joined the forum and found it very informative, and i would like to thank Mike for giving this information for all to read, and it is free like all the info on this forum

I think it's a matter of finding the blades to suit your style of cutting I have tried most of Mike's and now use only UR blades as I like them
