General Scroll Saw Talk / replacement
« on: March 03, 2013, 06:46:21 pm »
I got my replacement Ex-Calibur 21 last week after all the problems I have been having over the last 18 months, it is totally different to use as the old one had had so many repairs done to it not done properly, the agents in NZ should learn a lesson from this
I e-mailed Ray at Seyco and he got the ball rolling, thanks Ray

General Scroll Saw Talk / Ex Calibur
« on: December 14, 2012, 01:28:01 am »
I had a post several weeks ago about the problems I have had with my Ex Excalibur scroll saw. and after sending a note to the NZ agents and not receiving a reply after a week and a half I sent a e-mail to Ray Seymour and received a reply in less than 2 hours saying he has taken action on my problems and should get some feed back very quick, thank you Ray for this and i await the out come.
I am not a person to complain about minor problems but when it gets out of hand the only way is to go to the top
I know this is a superior saw but has been handled rather badly by the agents in NZ
Thanks for listening to my problems, hope you all don't have the same

General Scroll Saw Talk / Excalibur
« on: November 22, 2012, 01:04:15 am »
Disappointed today my Excalibur 21 clapped out again rite in the middle of my busy season, I am beginning to think these saws are not as good as they are supposed to be, this is the 3rd time it has let me down in just over 2 years and for the price of these machines I think they should last longer than this, these are my thoughts , what do you members of the forum think

General Scroll Saw Talk / Last fair
« on: December 05, 2011, 01:29:11 am »
This the last fair for the year and sales were down by 1/2 on last year, it was a disappointment to what would have been a good year in sales, the weather was lousy windy and cloudy until 10-30 then it cleared and was a good day but it was too late and the early birds did not come, as you can see we had to tie the table cloths down and I had to shift the tall clocks from the riser as they were blowing over
