Hello Russ and Cherie...and yes Cherie, you spelled Aloha correct,
I was very happy to see Steve included this Forum on his blog.  I know I will get allot of use from it.  I love to see what other woodworkers are doing around the World.

Yes you both should visit our lovely State...after all, I have been to your States    We moved here from Washington State about 6 years ago and wish we would have moved long before that.  We love the weather.  Not allot of woodworkers here, and wood sometimes needs to be ordered on the net, but we still love it here.

Introduce Yourself. / Hello from Hawaii

Hello Everyone, My name is Hawaiilad (Larry) and I live on the Big Island in Hawaii.  I have been a woodworker most of my life on and off I guess, and for the past 20 years the wife and I have worked full time building, scrolling and she does the painting.  Most of all I love to Scroll...any type will do,  I have a shop full of tools (sometimes I pull my hair out hunting for the right one to use), but of course I could use more of them.   

Thanks Steve for starting this forum.  I know we will all enjoy it.
