General Scroll Saw Talk / Help With Dewalt Type 1

I Have A Dewalt 788 Type 1 The Problem I have is a lot of Vibration with lots of Noise and Lifting the arm is Tight one more thing the motor runs high and low too going to take it apart when I get time.

I"m John From Wisconsin Long time Reader Here First Time Post.
Been Scrolling for about 2 years now have Two Dewalts 788 1&2
Hope to Learn lot more on here..

 I have only one Question for now does anyone know if Steve still do the Clock Dials ?
