Title: lesson learned
Post by: kardar2 on September 26, 2015, 07:27:11 pm
Hello All,
did my first project since I don't know when it has been a long time. It felt really good to climb back on the saw. Any ways the lesson I learned  is I had to buy some blades and was looking at the different blades and settled for the FD TC blades. What a  mistake that was I used one of the new blades for the firs part of the  project then I used a penguin  silver reverse tooth blade  man what a difference  in cutting. I am sold on the penguin  blades. Take care Karl

Hello Karl....  Flying Dutchman (to me) makes the BEST SCROLL SAW BLADES on the market.
Never gave the penguin a try as I used the FD-UR blades and 90% of my cutting is using
the FD-UR #1.  Follows any line in any shape so easy.  Smooth cut always.  Back has very
little of them ole fuzzes if any at all.  Just a light sanding (220 grit) and the bottom looks
almost as good as the top.             Hey Happy to meet you....................Danny  :+}
