Thank you all for the very nice compliments, I really appreciate them all. I used a 1/2" marine ply for the body, ears and legs. I spray painted it using a Krylon enamel and as a top coat I sprayed 3 coats of clear poly with light sanding in between coats.

Tony, my prayers are with you, I had my entire colon, anus and rectum removed in 2004, ended up with a ileostomy. It saved my life and I am still going strong. Hang in there and please follow doctors orders.

Dustin, I am so sorry to hear of your brother's setback. My prayers are with you and your brother. God will Bless you for being there for your brother. I know first hand how hard it is as my wife took ill over 2 years ago and I have been her primary care giver which leaves me very little time to get into the shop.Hang in there good buddy.

Julief, at the top of the forum page between Profile and Gallery buttons there is a My messages button, place your curser over it and 2 items appear, Read your messages and send a message. Click on read your messages to retrieve them. Hope this helps.

I agree with everything said and I too am very grateful to Steve for all of the time he puts into making this site a pure joy for all of the scrollers that enjoy using his FREE patterns to create many beautiful creations. Some people will always find something to complain about without thinking how it affects others. I for one would like to tell Steve that 99.99% of his followers really appreciate his blog and are grateful for all of his hard work and time that he puts into it. I say, if you don't like what you see then just delete your membership but please don't throw a monkey wrench into this 
great site.
