Am I the only one who gets a mental picture of the 'toilet facilities' onboard a ship every time I see that title?!?!?!?

No, GB, I see it too.  BTW I once managed an office in San Diego and hired a number of retired Navy guys.  Really appreciated that they showed me respect by calling it the head instead of the john.
