Title: new old scroller
Post by: BRENDA on April 19, 2010, 08:50:03 am
Good morning, my name is Brenda, i live between Buffalo NY and Niagara
Falls NY. I am 62 years young and love my scroll saw and all the power tools i have accumulated. I have been scrolling for about 6 years and have not had any lessons. Just what i have learned by trial and error and what i have read. The internet is extremely helpful as are magazines. my little shop 10 x 12 is chocked full of my toys and i some times lose track of all time when i am out there. i like to make small things, the smaller the better, and puzzles, well i think they are the most fun. Well i had better get something done, so i will be back later.

Brenda, trial and error is the way to go.  That is how I learned, the hard way.  I damaged so much when I first started.  I now own a Shopsmith scroll saw and have no vibration and and do not break blades like I did with the Dremel I had.  Welcome.
