Title: Blade storage from
Post by: jimbo on January 13, 2011, 02:31:17 am
This is the blade storage that I use it was given to me by Backie a member of this forum, it is transportable and cheap to make, mine is a little longer than the original but that is OK, as it gives a we bit of storage for the likes of drill bits and the likes

That's a good one - even if not in a tool box.
A box with tubes is easy to make and does not need special items like test tubes.

First time I have seen this idea. Nice if you are doing shows and taking your saw. I like it.  8)

Looks like a seller to me.  Especially for those traveling and doing shows.  Thanks for sharing!

Nice one Jimbo, after seeing Blackie's one I purchased a cheap box and made one the same as you have, used plastic water pipe (micro-jet system).
So the total cost was 9.99NZ dollars. Box only had the pipe.
When at the show Blackie knocked his box over with the lid closed and not one blade outa place magic.

Tubular, metal, cigar cases and PVC tubing also work well.
