Brag Forum / Started Making Bowls

I got a Carole Rothman book," Wooden Bowls from the scroll saw" and made
some bowls from her patterns. The first bowl is from Cedar (made 3 for Christmas),
the second bowl is made from Yellowheart and Purpleheart and is a twenty segment bowl.
I will have tomake a new post for the third bowl. No more room for picts.

I use 1/4" Baltic Birch for portraits, make my own frames and use acrylic sheets. I also put a dust cover on back of the frame.

I use black felt from Michaels. It is heavy enough to be stiff for a backer and cuts with scissors. -Jerry

We are just outside Mt Hood National Forest along the Clackamas River.
