To make a pie first you get a pie dish, put pastry in the bottom and sides, lay the bacon on the pastry, break eggs on the bacon, put pastry on top, put in oven untill cooked, take out of oven and eat, YUM

Actually I don't think it is quiche... I believe quiche is custardy.

Janet it is a pie, quiche has no top on it and the filling is not scramble like a quiche, make one and find out you wont regret it, use flaky pastry

Jimbo you have convinced me. Any thing which is covered on top with pastry is a PIE.  ;) So enjoy your pies mate. You gave me a thought still got some left over chicken from the weekend might as well make a chicken pie later.
