Dragon #2
« on: August 30, 2011, 07:25:47 pm »
Ok this is the second dragon.. Backed with green. The oval frame is my design cut out of popular... I don't like this one as much as the red one, but its ok... I decorated the frame with chain to match the hanger chain... Sheila in Tx

Richard my sister gave me this pattern a few years ago.. She passed away about 3 yrs ago.. So I haven't a clue.. I thought it was from Scroller (the old Scroller) but I was wrong.. I'm so sorry... Sheila

This one is great but I agree Dragons need the red.

OK girl, I'll take it if no one wants it. I'd hang it right beside my PC! LOL
I think the green works very well and the frame sets it off, the chain is a good touch!

Another fantastic job.  I agree with you that red is better for the dragon.  Thanks for sharing your work.

Ok for those that want this pattern.. It's in a book called Scroll Saw Fretwork Patterns by Patrick Spielman and James Reidle .. I got a copy on Ebay Half.com  ... Hope this helps... Sheila
