Trinket box

A small trinket box for my niece, made from 7 layers of mahogany and padauk with a polymer clay inlay.

That's a beauty. Does the inlay go all the way through the top?

Ray, yes it does but.... after I cut it out, I glued on a very thin veneer piece of same material to the bottom (of the top) before applying the clay.
