I do believe there may be copyright issues here. That is a registered trademark. Can't post a pattern for that here.

You're welcome, and yes spirals is the way to go.

PS
If you want to practice, I made this "big boy" a while back. It's nowhere as nice as the one you bought, maybe someone else can use it?

I got mine about two months ago and love it, now. I had an issue that I know others have had, with the table not being 90? to the blade front to back. I had to raise the back of the table 1/4" and now all is well. I was having a serious problem making tight turns. I made a prototype piece out of wood to test, and then had a friend make me a more permanent piece.

Good to hear you are on the mend, I hope you get the results you hoped for.
As far as showing your work, if I'm not mistaken, there would be nothing wrong with showing your completed works, just don't show the patterns.

General Scroll Saw Talk / Re: DELTA DOES ANY ONE KNOW A DEALER

Pete
thanks for that I have already done that i had one on the 40-540 that had the same problem, so probably stick to it
just a quickie how did you manage to add length to that flexi, I have some of these and can get them apart no probs
but getting them back together is a different matter??
Dave
Dave, I just put one section in the bench vise and held the other (additional) section with a visegrip and smacked the visegrip. It went in.
I read somewhere that if you put them in hot water they get a little soft, so you might try that too.

Have you ever thought about using an electric aquarium air pump?  Only cost about $20. I had one connected to my Craftsman saw and it worked really well. I ran the black airline inside the saw to utilize the saws flex hose. See picture.
Pete

Also added some length to the flex hose.

« on: April 20, 2014, 12:53:47 pm »
HI steve on part 4 of the building the toy box you have a follower in which you cut out. do you still have the pattern for them thank you. Joshua
On part 5 he says...

"I hope you enjoyed watching me put this Toy Box together. It will probably take a few days but I will put together a set of plans that you will be able to download if you wish to build your own. I will design a boys and girls version."
