Thanks for the pattern Wade.  I've been doing horses and I think I could add one of those to my line-up.  They look good.

I would swear the 2 on the right are Paso Finos, smoothest ride in the world! I'll grab a copy.  ;D ;D

Here's 4 I stack cut.  I plan on making a night light with "frosted" plexiglass behind the cut out.  Still have to decide on the structure.

The wood is cypress plywood and I used a 2/0 blade.  Took about 45 minutes to complete this stage.

Some of the lines are close, so be careful cutting.
