That looks like an older Pat Speilman design, Judy.  I bet it is in one of the books.  I don't know if I have seen one that is individually sold, but I may be wrong. Are you looking for one for a table top or for the yard?

Just some extra info on above link. It does not open directly. On the left you will see gray box saying Expand Your Result. Remove Keyword:.... Click on remove keyword and the page comes up.

Thanks guys ... I had/have that book somewhere.  I spend half my life looking for things  :D

Knew I had seen it some where.  I don't even remember where I got the picture to ask about it.
