I like this type of pattern - if you wander off the lines a little it doesn't matter.

There is a weak peninsula on this one - in the jaw line below the ear. It has 2 bridges, but they are close together and thin. Mine cut OK but you might warn your nephew to keep an eye on it. Try to cut that section out last so his hand doesn't break it off by accident.
