Slippery Fingers

I have to scroll  one handed which makes me really grip my stock.   I  find myself having to lick my sawdust dirty fingers (yuck)    like you do sorting paper just to keep in control.

Can anyone suggest any type of lightweight glove or something that enhances your grip and where to get/order one. I have pretty big hands so a larger size is required.

I use  rubber finger tips purchased at Staples.  They come in small, medium and large.    Much cheaper than finger cots.

I have similar trouble since I hurt my thumb on right hand, I solved the problem with a thin cotton glove on good hand and I sewed om little squares of non slip matting onto the fingertips - I had both items lying around so it cost me nothing but it works a treat.

How about the throwaway latex gloves you use for things like staining or anything else you want to keep off your hands?  You can get a box of 100 for around 10 bucks.  Get the powdered ones so that your hands don't sweat in them.
