Title: Embroidery work on a scroll saw
Post by: moonlighter on October 17, 2019, 07:11:36 am
My recently completed project.  While accompanying my wife on a quilt shops tour I ran across a CD for a computerized embordering machine.
Of course I had to try it on the scroll saw.  Little did I know what I was getting into.

The pattern is by OESD which has a large selection, some in 2D and some in 3D.  These look like they have SS potential with a little work.  I had to modify this project for plywood strength and cutting laziness.  I found out 1/8" plywood "DON'T" bend so the curved portion is two layers of pre-glued 3" edgebanding, cut, bent, then glued.
