Can you help with a pattern of the photo that my grandchildren(Irild and Elio Lutaj), because the my  PC that I can not unload JIMP or Inkscape.

Thanks Ron for the help I wait long few days a week was too full to work, but finally is do.Irild and Elio will rejoice more when I look a gift from their uncle .Do to send by mail that they live in Italy .
