Title: bird bank
Post by: DWSudekum on April 03, 2014, 10:25:48 pm
This is a customer request.  Cut from pine this bank is 8 inches tall x 10 inches long x 4 inches wide.  The bank has been sealed with Tung Oil and then top coated with shellac.

Nice work. What did you use to attach the plexiglass with?  Thanks for sharing.

Each plexiglass window is held down by 8 #6 x 1/2" brass screws equally spaced around the outside edge.  Have to predrill pilot holes and then enlarge just the holes in the plastic so that the screws fit easily.
