i used to have a plugin program for paint shop pro that would halfway outline pictures, but I lost it. can anyone please help me find a program to replace it?
I do have Ink Scape, but i dont understand how to outline with it properly. I have been very frustrated; not being able to make my own patterns anymore.
I hope someone can help me figure my problem out, or stear me in the right direction. are there any instructions out there?
