Another Pattern from Steve Goode's Blog ( Atm only place I have to get patterns ). I made this late at night when I couldnt sleep. I broke one of the pen blades I had I think it was a #9 then I went to the #7 FD UR I got from Mike as a 2 saw sample ( I got 2 #7s ) ( I am still without many blades so I have to use the few I have. ). Anyways This is made from 3/8 Washboard ( Thats all the wood said on it was washboard from Lowes ) and 1/4 Plywood I still have left over. I Then took the back piece and the wasboard and Stained them with an Oak Finish and I did a wash of metallic Acrylics on the two plywood pieces on the front. I then hand sanded it as smooth as I could.

whatever the wood was, with the stain you have applied and the finishing you did, you have made an excellent job of the box.
