Didn't feel very comfortable when I started cutting the lil letters, but soon got
into the swing of it and later....Piece of Cake....LOL Cut them out of 1/4 BB.
Stacked Two. Gonna add a 1/8 bb backer later. No finish as of this pic.
Of course I just Luv feedback. Good or Not so Good....Danny :+}

e-i-e-i-o. Glad you ask about the blade. I have basically used the FD-UR #1 for
90% of all my cuttings. This type of pattern/design with the script letters would
not work with any drill bit bigger than a .065 or .063 and ONLY the smallness of
the #1 can feed thru the hole. From experience I have found that this blade will
cut almost Perfectly in the softer woods like Popular, Pine and does great with
stacking up to 1/2" in BB. Anyway others might not agree, but for me this is my
way. Danny :+}

Danny, I agree with you completely, I also use a #1 FD UR blade for about 95% of all my cutting, and it's great on tight corners without burning them.
Keith.

Yea! At least there is ONE other.... And with practice this blade can cut to a
POINT, stop and cut back and leave a POINT showing. I have not had any LUCK
with blades thicker. My 2 cents.... Danny :+}
