Has anyone built the effel tower from wildwood designs Or bought plans from them ? I am still new to this [six months] but I want to try it.

I have not built the Eiffel Tower but I have ordered from Wildwood Designs and used some of their plans. I would recommend them to anyone. From what I have seen, the Eiffel Tower plan is very ambitious for someone with your experience. However I would certainly encourage you to try it!

Thanks for your reply dgman I value your opinion and I am going to give it a try

I have purchased from Wildwood Designs many times and have always had good experiences with them.

that is ambitious, I second that. Have you done some fretwork before? Check Steve's patterns to get some and try them.

that is a pretty big project, hows your stress level?
at 6 months I needed to do projects that got done a bit quicker. I still have a hard time with projects that don't get done in a weekend. If you have the stamana to get it done, go for it!

I have been doing this for about 1 1/2 years now. What I had to do is start with simple ones to get use to my saw. Then through time I worked up to the hard cuts. I still do not feel I am ready for a project like the tower. But good luck if you try it.

How long did it take to make Mike?

I don't take time. You can stack cut the 4 sides.
I might have made it in one day.

Thanks to all who replied. I am going to give it a try. I have made many of Steve,s projects watched a lot of videos and wasted a lot of wood but I will complete this project .My goal is learn more skills no matter how much fire wood I make. Michigan winters are cold and we can use the fuel.
