Valentine for my bride
« on: January 11, 2014, 02:45:12 pm »
Now that Christmas is over I found this years project for Valentines Day in Feb. '14 Creative Woodworks.  Again, another Sue Mey design.
When it comes to Valentines i seem to pick a design by Sue Mey.  I reduced the size by 5% to fit a piece of Alder I had and finished it with Butcher Block Oil.  I also drilled a hole in the back if she wants to hang it up.  Thanks for looking.  Brian

That is beautiful. I saw that pattern too, and thought maybe I should try making it.

This trivet is at  http://www.scrollsawartist.com/heart-wall-plaque-or-trivet.html?utm_source=getresponse&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=scrollsawartist&utm_content=Scrollsawartist+patterns+-+Hearts

I got an email from Sue about this and a heart shaped candy box so I went and bought the mag as I wanted to do both.
