Very nice, Bluebird. That looks like it may be walnut. Whatever, you did an excellent job. I haven't tried to take on a project like that yet. I'm sure it's in the near future.

I agree 100% that your Choice of Wood is Perfect for this style clock. 
As I look at it I can see a Rich and Probably Expensive piece.
