When you consider that this is a barebones saw without light and stand it hardly seems a bargain...If the three items are purchased together it comes to ...$574.08

You can buy the Delta 40-690 with light and stand, which is the same saw, for $469.99!

$952.00 must be the manufacturers suggested retail price. I don't know of anyone who ever paid that much for a De Walt saw. If they regularly sold for that price, I wouldn't own one (and I do own one). I think I paid around $500.00 for mine with the stand and light about 3 years ago at Grizzly's in Springfield Mo.

I negotiated mine from WoodCraft for $500 with light and stand too at about the same time. Showed them the flyer I got from Grizzly.
