I was taking the advice of someone who said I should make one that breaks down.  This one is still too big for the little table I have it set on, and the fabric, well I need more as you can see, and probably better.

i think you could get by with a simple 'muslin' for the fabric...
all you are trying to do is 'diffuse' the light enough to break up the harsh shadows.
You might even try a light weight 'net' type fabric.

Collapsible is GOOD!

Thanks GB.  Will be buying some different fabric later.  Still working on this project though.
