Just finished this yesterday.
It is a pattern from Sheila Landry Designs (by Keith). The link for it is: http://www.sheilalandrydesigns.com/product/SLDK515
This is made with teak and has a boiled linseed/mineral spirits finish on it. The small letters were cut using FD-SR 3 and the large with a FD-SR 7.
Sheila Landry Designs has some great patterns so take a look. Plus right now Keith is doing custom word art patterns which is great for Christmas presents. Check it out here: http://www.sheilalandrydesigns.com/product/SLDKC01

The background is some black foam I re-purposed from some plumbing fixture boxes on a jobsite I was on. I use it for all of my scroll saw project photo background.

Thank you all for the nice comments. Here is my second go round with the pattern. I changed a couple of small details in the word "Life" as I thought it didn't detract from the pattern. By the way this was a piece of pallet wood so I don't know the species. (If anyone can offer a clue then thanks.)
Merry Christmas
