Ed, I have never had a problem with FireFox except for every so often Yahoo becomes my Home Page for reasons unknown. To fix it go to the top of the page click on Tools scroll down to Options and under General you will see an option to select your Home page. Type in the home page of your choice and click on OK. Hope this helps

I even deleted firefox, and reinstalled it and got the same thing. and it was from firefox direct. Actually it isn't that bad, as I can get my mail from it.  edward

You might have gotten an add-in along with something you downloaded recently. Look in the Tools or Settings for Firefox and see if there's something that you didn't expect (like an add-in for Yahoo) then remove it.

Every few days, I go to:

Control Panel - Programs - Uninstall a program

It will give you a list of what has been installed & the date.  "Uninstall" anything that you think might be a problem, or that you think should not have been installed.
(It will be at, or near, the top of the list.)  Check the date it was installed.
