Title: Can patterns for stained glass be used for intarsia?
Post by: Dawie on August 24, 2010, 10:36:58 am
I am totally new at this, but have seen several patterns. As I was looking for something on the net I came across stained glass work and some free patterns, they reminded me of the intrasia patterns I have seen. Could one use these stained glass patterns for intarsia was my first thought so I came here to ask.

Absolutely, my brother does stained glass and sandblasts glass.  We trade patterns all the time.

Had not seen that site yet.  Thanks for posting it.  Many stained glass patterns can also be used for fretwork.
