Although Big Foot is a good idea I see a problem with it when cutting larger pieces such as portraits or landscape type pictures ! Looks like i will still be using my trusted and tried block of red oak.

I have been using the M&M tubes for a while now and they fit the blades fine . The M&M s are not to bad also!

I always sand the blanks usually to 220 grit. fuzzys are always a pain ! I would never try to sand a finished cutting on the face side , something would definitely break.
