Title: help on downloading prints

Hi Steve I seem to be having problems down loading patterns all the other functions on printer work hope you can help with this problem Brummie

you might be getting the download show up at the bottom of your screen as a small gray rectangle - not always obvious that it has happened. If you see one there, double-click it to open. Also if you're on a Windows computer, look in the folder [My Documents]/[Downloads] to see if it showed up there..
