Just stared scrolling 2 years ago, only in spring and summer. I might take it on the RV for winter months, keeps me busy. Since I retired I'm working more at this than when I worked for a living, but it is fun. ;D

I saw a basket looks like walnut. Nice. Bobby

Actually the basket is out of oak.

Yep, all I seen was the oak basket as well...But nonetheless, it looks beautiful...Great job on that. That turned out really nice....

Ok, that link worked. LOL. And I must say that you have done a very good job on all your cuttings. I enjoyed looking at them all. My favorite one is the CD clock with the etching of the kids' faces with the hummingbird...That is just beautiful. Where might one find a place to get a CD done like that? Thanks for letting us have a look at all your projects...they all turned out really nice...

A great bunch of cuttings here , something to be proud of ...............Marshall

Thanks for the feedback. Tonya, the cd was done with Lightscribe cd/dvd. Most new computers have them, or you can buy an add on cd/dvd for about $75.

Interesting to see you say you might take your scroll saw in the RV during winter. I did just that this last winter and will do so again next winter. We go to the Rio Grande Valley in TX., San Benito, TX. Once I got there I didn't use it as much as I thought I would. Too much other stuff going on.
BTW, NICE WORK.

Thanks Bud, yea with my luck the wx will be like this winter RAIN & COLD. Thanks for the response.

Thanks for sharing, Shellback. I hope to be retiring before too long and I plan on devoting more time to scrolling.

I like the cd and flowers piece. What kind of material is used here? Is it acrylic? I have never seen anything like it. I have also made a light scribed cd once. Been awhile and I have no idea where it went. LOL

Cherie, that cd/clock was one of my first pieces I ever did. The flowers are gloss paper, kind of cheap looking but it came out ok. That was the only cd that I did so far. ::)

Veiwed your album, great cuttings. I like the Motorhome sign.
btw, theres always room in the basement for the scrollsaw, take it. I never 'leave home' without it. See you on the road.
