Craft Fair.
« on: November 18, 2012, 01:45:07 pm »
I have just finished a 2 day craft fair. There wasn't as many people coming in as I would have liked but I still sold quite well. I sold £138.50 of my bits, and I sold raffle tickets for the " Santa" (on r/h side of table in pic) I made £79.00 profit in ticket sales for the santa which is a lot more than I could have got just selling it. In total I made £217.50 so not too bad a profit for 2 days selling. I have attatched 2 pictures, but sorry about the quality as they were taken on my phone.

Great news my friend.  You did well you had a great set up and the folks loved your work.  Great idea about the Raffle... I might just have to include that in my next shows :)  Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

VERY  nice things.  It's a wonder anything is left.  I think raffles are illegal in the the States without a permit number.  At least it is that way in North Dakota. But I sure would have bought a few tickets on your Santa.
