Money Puzzle & Box
« on: July 10, 2010, 11:14:04 pm »
Summer has been very busy for me this year and I haven't been in the shop too much. But, I did make a gift for our granddaughter's birthday on July 8. She enjoyed her puzzle, and what was under it....two $50's! Gramma is a pushover.....luckily we only have one grandchild or we'd be broke! LOL The pattern is one of Steve Good's......thanks Steve!

Tell me you didn't use a real fifty dollar bill on the puzzle!

Nice job, sure she loved the contents. It's a nice idea to combine this with a gift of money under it.

Great job!  Time to do those for my grandchildren too, might not be 50s though.

No, Dan and Barry, I didn't use a real fifty for the puzzle!  I just printed a copy on photo paper.   Looks like the real thing! ;D   This was my first puzzle, too.

:D Mike, you sweet-talker!  How many birthdays do you have every year?

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Nice puzzle, and good idea about a copy. After seeing Steves pattern I have been wanting to make one for my nephew, maybe place a real uncut note underneath the puzzle. Mark
