Anybody familiar with this animal?

Neighbor is thinking of buying it for $25...
I never really wanted to grow up....All I wanted was to be able to reach the cookie jar...and play with my DW 788

Didn't even know Jet made one.  Jet generally makes a good product - hard to go too wrong for $25.00.

I have never seen one, not to mention, ever used one but, I think the motor (if it runs) would be worth $25.00 at least.

It looks like an old AMT pin type I used to have.
