Glen , I did not count the hrs as did a bit here and there but it would be around the 30 - 40 hrs mark
R Fortier , i was very impressed with yours and it does look great at this size but have to admit i was going to make it even bigger but i did not have enough ply that size and i was to lazy to go and get some ha ha ,I may do it again only bigger
Danny , No i did not use any flat blades , i used spirals on the whole project , i have to say i am getting more used to them and i find that the bottom of the stack is as good as the top with spirals

only kiddin if you look up R Fortier's one he has the issue of the magazine that it came from !
