Norm,

I just returned from Europe and the attachment was here. Thank you for you generous gift. My wife is thrilled. So is the food bank.

Sorry Norm, I didn't realize there was a second page. How would you like me to pay you? Do you have PayPal? Just let me know and thanks again for the very generous offer.

Norm,

Have you had a chance to check on shipping costs?

Thanks,

Jim

Don,

Thanks for looking and thanks for the help. Norm has offered me his hold down and that is a real blessing. I am sincerely amazed by the help I've received from you and Norm.

Best Regards,

Swap Shop / wtb hold down assembly for Excalibur EX 21
« on: August 28, 2019, 10:01:59 am »
If anyone has the hold down assembly for an Excalibur EX 21 and is interested in selling it, please let me know. I'd need the entire assembly including the rod, foot and the special screw that holds the rod to the plate.

If anyone knows where I can buy these parts, please let me know. I spoke to Ray at Seyco but they don't carry them.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Jim

Hello to all. My name is Jim and I live in North Idaho. I'm 71 years old and an avid woodworker. Years ago my wife Pat and I did a fair amount of scrolling but, life got in the way and we stopped. We now plan to get a new start and this forum is a wonderful place for us to learn and re-learn anything we have forgotten. Thank you all for your contributions and the help and support you give to those of us that are less knowledgeable and/or less talented.

Hello Steve,

I've followed your youtube channel and website for a long time and have purchased a number of items from you but until now I didn't know how to register and become part of the community. Thank you for all you do for all of us interested in scrolling. I'm not sure how to introduce myself to the group and any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards,

Jim

I am in Northern Idaho. I scroll with a Hegner Polymax 3 and have never used the hold down. My wife, however, insists on using hers. Would you be interested in selling yours? She would need the whole setup, the rod, the foot, the special screw that the rod goes through to lock it in place etc. Please let me know and thank you very much for your reply.

I recently acquired an EX21 to replace my wife's Delta P20. The saw is used but in very good condition. However, the previous owner did not have the work hold down assembly and my wife uses that faithfully. I spoke to Ray this morning and he said that everyone takes them off and they just don't carry those parts. Does anyone on the forum have an idea where I may be able to find them?
