Hello all,
My name is Randy, I live in Lancaster, KY.
I have been scrolling for a few years doing just small things before I got interested in lathe turning.
Has anyone ever done both in the same piece of wood?

Randy, welcome to the forum. I am very interested in what you come up with in the lathe/scroll saw world. I have seen turned item that have been pierces with a Dremel type tool and that is very pretty. I have seen pens made where a image was scrolled, attached to the tube then cast and turned. Those are very pretty pens. In fact a read a tutorial just last week on how it was done, but I can't remember where I found it on the internet. They has scrolled leaves cast in pens.
