Scrap Wood from Dan26
« on: May 24, 2013, 08:33:22 pm »
Dan26 had a great idea that he shared and with a bucket full of good scrap Hardwood, I took his idea to my booth.  I made a few keychains (I already had the hardware) from Walnut and Cherry wood.  A few Arrowheads, Iron Cross's and a Bear.  For a $1.00 it might keep somebody lingering at my table and spot the one item they can't resist!  They were very easy and very fast to make.

Thanks Dan!!!!

Fantastic job Tommy. Looks like you even have a nice display rack for them.

I like them, but I must inquire - where did you obtain the parts?

Nice, thanks for sharing with us.

Al the parts?  You mean the keychain stuff?  I got them at JoAnn Fabric & Crafts.  I think I paid like $3.00 for a pack of 15 of them.

Nice items. I do a few different types of key chains as well to use up my scraps. At the shows I do we put them out at $3 or Two for $5 many a times these items have paid for the show cost. I buy the chains online from www.metalliferous.com in bulk.
