Finally Finished

Here are a few shots of my latest piece of intarsia. It is the Magnolia Door topper and will be a birthday present to my wife :-*. It has been two years since I did a piece of intarsia and now I remember why, it's the dust, This piece was a challenge but I am hooked again and have already started the Geek. I will post some pics when it is done. Happy scrollsawing everyone. ;D

It is absolutely beautiful!  Every part of it is simply stunning.  I hope you continue to do more work like this, even if it is dusty!

The dust is a small price to pay for such beatiful work. Very nicely done, I am sure your wife will love it.

The Door Topper turned out Beautiful, very nice shaping of the Magnolia Flower and the finish looks great. Keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing more posts.

That turned out great!  I haven't gotten up enough nerve to try intarsia yet, but these are inspiring...thanks for sharing!
