Well not to a downer. but if where you i hald on the dewalt i have an Excalibur 21" scrollsaw its a good saw but with a few issues that are pretty common I'm finding out as of late.i only had the saw for little over to years and only use it for hobbie not for business and i had to replace several parts on it all ready including the motor cam and bearing.there still a knocking in the saw and found out the bearing and the arms for the blade clamps are worn as well.call the canadian office to get the price on the compleat blade clamp holder including the bearing there $115 each ip this way.i found a video on YouTube with someone showing some of the problems with it.its worth watching.heres a link to it hope it works.

i know it turns alot of people away from exchanges when things like that happens.it's to bad you couldn't go through the list of people from past years exchanges find out who didn't send out there ornaments and block them from signing up to exchanges.

P.S. (Not meant for you Kepy.)

DON'T JOIN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO SEND ORNAMENTS TO YOUR PARTNER.
IT MAKES IT BAD FOR EVERYONE !!!

Well what can i say i haven't been on here for quite awhile nowbusy with things around the house and doing some minor repairs to it. Then our daughter had an accident at school back in May that left her with a broken tooth and busted lip.5 trips to the dentist and 2 mounths later thats taking care of.noq she as to go and get her tonsils out.when it did find the time when know one was looking i sneaked out in the shed for a bit to try and catch up on a few orders i had to do.there wasn't much scrolling to them.as i was cutting one piece i noticed that my Excalibur was was getting load didnt give much head to it at the time but it go worseand worse to the point that the saw is unusable at this pointso i guess my scrollsaw days are numbered i cant afford to take in to the store where i got it to do repairs sence
about 300km drive and the service rates are pretty high.so i guess im back to my old craftman saw i got about 20 years ago.about 3 weeks ago my computer with all my patterns on it decided to call it quits on my and yes i know i should how had them backed up but it got away from.so in stuck now using my phone to browse around a bit.well enough of my babbling on anyway everyone i hope you all hsvr a grwat day snd s better one tomorrow I'll try and stay in touch on here with you all.
take care everyone.
