Hello from Oklahoma

Howdy everybody, I just got into scrolling, which my woman got me started as she got into scrapbooking, had some wood letters, told her I could cut those out if had a scroll saw. Well after trying to scroll with my jig saw with a scroll blade she got me a scroll saw. I shopped online and with in what we could afford got the skil scroll saw from lowes. Model 3335-07 and so far the few things I have cut out its been great and am having fun. Though I am sure I will be asking lots of questions for which I do have one. In time I hope to get real good so as to make this a hobby as well as a money maker.

Well don't know is she thinks I need the hobby or is trying to put me work as if I don't work enough, but either way its fun.

Hey Dirtrider and welcome to the forum.  I'm Julie from Texas.  Glad to have you.  Just wait until the little lady starts asking you to make her scrapbook covers!  I've done some for my daughter-in-law, who is a scrapper too.

Thanks every body I have always loved woodworking love smell of fresh cut lumber more so of fresh cut cedar or pine.
