welcome sign
« on: January 05, 2012, 03:36:48 pm »
My fiance wanted a welcome sign so this is what I came up with. The welcome design is Steve's. I made a simple distressed frame and the backing paper is scrapbook paper.

Cutting is Beautiful!

Frame is great!

Background...a bit too busy for the subject matter IMHO...

I agree with GB, the cutting is great but the background seems to hide the work too much, but as you said, "she who must be obeyed" chose the background so a different background was not an option.

i'm also with GB on this one, good cutting but "she who's knows, knows best" :-X personally the background makes it hard to see the work you put into it.
