hi
dont use the inkscape extension unless you know a lot about g code
now I dont use fusion I use artcam which is also an autodesk product so assume they are similar
you need to create a solid black image like say the attached letter b
save it as jpg or png
then open it in fusion, from there you will convert it to a vector then create 2 toolpaths one for the inner cut and one for the outer
and away you go

HI
sure they could but would advise getting the capacitor from hegner first rather than risk using a similar item

7
hi the start capacitor is shot
they need to be fully charged to be able to give that initial kick of power when under load (with the belt attached)
the chances are that if you could give the pulleys a spin by hand whilst the motor is humming it would start and run until next switch off
be very careful if you try this its a bit nasty if you get those pinkies in the belt
so new capacitor first if that fails then it could be the windings burnt out but that is rare

Rick
when you say FD 2/0 reverse  is that the UR, if so thats the problem every third tooth is reversed and you will have a reverse tooth clipping the face of the puzzle
I use Niqua fix reverse in that only  a few teeth are reversed at the bottom of the blade and are similar in configuration to the ones Norm is using

I would like to thank everyone for their help.  I went to or called 4 different DeWalt service outlets here.  None of them had the "short sleeve" part in stock and it would have to be ordered in. Estimated time anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks.  Each sleeve was aproximately $10.  I was looking to replace the 4 on the clamps.  Decision time - I was going to put the Pegas clamps on my Christmas wish list.  It is not on the list anymore, just ordered them this afternoon. :)  Should be here in a week!!  Yes the Pegas clamps are twice the price of the sleeves, but I am sure it will be more than worth it.  Can't wait!!! Hope Canada Post doesn't actually go on strike!

just fitting new clamps is not going to rectify the bearing problem
here are the sleeves
