Train for Grandson
« on: January 08, 2015, 05:45:09 pm »

Train I made for my grandson Troy, turning 3 soon. He saw a picture of it in one of my woodworking mags and asked if I could make it for him. How could I say no.

Very very nice.  I am sure he's going to have years of playing with that.  Thanks for sharing it with us.

You sir are a wonderful craftsman. I love the design. What better joy than to use our talent to make a toy for a child. It is especially meaningful when it is our own "grandchild". You did good!!

That's how you introduce a Grandson to woodworking.  Mine loves coming into my shop when he is in town.  He likes to make simple birdhouses to give as gifts.  Great job!
