Yep, I stacked the 5 blades together, was awkward cutting that thick, but I just let the #1 FD UR blades cut at their own speed without pushing too hard, was little slow, but didn't worry me as I cut slow anyway.

THat looks like the one I made a will back.  I just sold it for a nice sum of money.  It looks like you are doing a great job of it.  Keep up the good work.  The next one I make will have a motor in it to turn the wheel.

Well it's all cut out , I just slotted it together to take these pictures, it's not sanded or finished yet. Now I need your help, Five Blades or Four Blades??? Dad likes the 5 blades as does my daughter, but I think I prefer the 4 blades as does my girlfriend. I look forward to your opinions please before I glue it together.

Beautiful Keith! JMO, it looks more impressive with five blades. You cut five, you might as well use five!

I prefer the 4-blade version. The 5-blade covers up the steeple and roof details.

EIEIO, the blades freely rotate so they can be positioned so they don't block the roof detail.
