Proverbs 3:5-6

Anyone have a pattern of this or close to this version?

Trust in the LORD with all your heart
       and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways acknowledge him,
       and he will make your paths straight.

That's my Mother's favorite verse.  It would be awesome if someone had a pattern incorporating it.
